Dave has extensive experience in the construction industry undertaking project management, financial management, and site management roles at various contracting levels prior to joining Lafayette Builders.

Dave’s role integrates into the strategy and project teams providing a clear understanding on how all parts of the business work together to inform the direction for Lafayette Builders business development and our ultimate strategy. When it comes to ensuring equity & value is embedded across our construction processes, Dave’s attention to detail, innovative eye and disciplined approach means no opportunity is missed. He is skilled in undertaking initial site inspections for works, assessing latent conditions and identifying key risks to delivery, as well as liaising with key trades and developing project programs.
The diversity of Dave’s qualification & experience has helped to shape and develop his extensive construction skillset. As well as being a safe pair of hands, Dave is approachable, attentive, and collaborative when working with clients, project leads, trades and subcontractors to ensure the most competitive cost estimate and ultimate works delivery is achieved. His personality and empathetic approach help to create positive relationships, which are then sustained by virtue of Dave’s leadership, insight, and broad industry knowledge.
